Sales Manager
About the Role
The Sales Manager will lead corporate sales for our international and domestic world tour programs, managing a team and building strong relationships with corporate clients to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate new corporate leads and convert them into long-term business for our tour packages.
· Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with confidence to close deals.
· Coordinate with operations and travel partners to ensure smooth execution of domestic and international tours.
· Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, bookings, and follow-ups using MS Office tools.
· Travel with groups when required to ensure service quality and strong client relations.
Requirements
· Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in travel, tours, or related services.
· Strong communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
· Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
· Ability to understand and handle basic business and tour-related documents.
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reports and client communication.
· Willingness to travel for domestic and international tours with client groups.
· Positive attitude, clear understanding of professional do’s and don’ts, and strong commitment to client satisfaction and organizational goals.
